Richardson may not get his job back for the rest of the season. Richardson may need time to learn from the veteran Joe Flacco. Understanding the game enough to where it slows down for him will come in time. To be honest, I thought Flacco was out of the league about two years ago. Flacco is definitely still putting in work and prolonging his career.
