With three games on Thanksgiving and one on Black Friday before wrapping up with a Monday Night Football contest, the Sunday main slate of the Week 13 NFL season has fewer options in the NFL DFS player pool. The Lions and the Chiefs, the two teams tied with the best record in the league, both play before Sunday, so how should their absences as options for NFL DFS lineups factor into your NFL DFS strategy? Eagles vs. Ravens have the highest over/under in the Week 13 NFL schedule at 51 points, according to the latest NFL odds from the SportsLine Consensus, and feature elite options in the NFL DFS player pool such as Saquon Barkley, Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown and Lamar Jackson.
Jackson and Hurts are both top-five quarterbacks in Fantasy football this season and in a potential Super Bowl preview, should you build NFL DFS stacks around either of these top signal-callers? Before locking in any NFL DFS picks on sites like DraftKings and FanDuel for Sunday, be sure to check out the NFL DFS advice, strategy, and stacks from SportsLine daily Fantasy expert Mike McClure.

Top NFL DFS picks for Week 13
One of McClure’s top NFL DFS picks for Sunday is Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua ($7,600 on DraftKings and $8,700 on FanDuel). Nacua has posted more than 100 yards in three of his five games since returning from a knee injury. He’s the WR7 in Fantasy football over that span, averaging 91 yards per game. Outside of a one-reception for 11-yard performance, he’s had at least seven receptions and 98 yards on nine targets over that span as he remains a top option for Matthew Stafford, even with Cooper Kupp healthy.
Nacua averaged 87.4 yards per game last year as a rookie and his 81.7 yards per game this year is sixth-most in the NFL. The Rams play the Saints, who are allowing 256.6 passing yards per game, the third-most in the league. New Orleans has allowed more than 95 yards to a wide receiver in back-to-back games and is allowing the fifth-most yards to wide receivers this year, making this a strong matchup in McClure’s eyes on Sunday.
Part of McClure’s optimal NFL DFS strategy also includes rostering Cardinals tight end Trey McBride ($5,800 on DraftKings and $6,900 on FanDuel). McBride had 12 receptions for 133 yards on 15 targets last week against the Seahawks. He’s averaging 90.8 receiving yards over his last four games with two games of more than 120 yards. The second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft leads the Cardinals in receptions (61) and receiving yards (685) after also topping the team in those categories last year.
McBride is the TE3 in Fantasy football this season and shockingly, he’s done so without a receiving touchdown. Tight ends are often considered touchdown-dependent to return value for NFL DFS picks, but McBride has surpassed nearly all of them without a score as he’s been Kyler Murray’s most consistent option in the passing attack. If McBride can find the end zone on Sunday, he could elevate himself to an elite status among his peers and with a matchup against the Vikings, who allowed seven receptions for 64 yards to Bears tight end Cole Kmet last week, that’s a strong possibility.
